Do you make Hoodies with a full length zip?
Yes! You can order a full zip hoody using our bespoke service. Using this service you can also choose any tweed, lining colour and have your garment made to your custom measurements.
How do I wash my hoody/ bag?
You can hand wash in cool water, or take to a dry cleaners. Visit our aftercare page for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. When you enter your delivery address at checkout, your shipping options and prices will be shown.
My hoody has been nibbled by a moth! Do you do repairs?
Yes! We are experts at working with Tweed and pride ourselves on keeping garments alive for longer. We can repair moth holes and make any other neccessary repairs too. Just get in touch before sending.
Can I provide my own Tweed for a hoody?
Yes! We love to make our hoodies with your special tweed. You need 1.5m of double width (150cm wide) tweed for a hoody or jumper. If you have a single width tweed the amount will depend on the desired garment size, so please get in touch to double check how much is required. You will get a discount on the price of your hoody: the final cost will depend on your hoody style prefences, just get in touch to discuss.
How long will my hoody take to arrive?
We make your hoody individually to order. If you are ordering from our current unisex collection of 5 colour choices, we aim to have your garment cut, sewn and shipped within 3-4 weeks, often quicker. Feel free to check our current lead time before you place an order.
Bespoke orders may take a little longer, depending on your own special requirements. But we still aim for 4- 5 weeks.
FAQs for Denim
Can I donate my jeans?
Yes! We gratefully accept all types of NON-STRETCH denim. Full details on how to donate can be found on our donated denim page
Where do you source your denim?
Nearly all of the denim we use has been donated by customers. The rest we make a donation for at the Cornwall Hospice Care donations centre in Bodmin. Sometimes we pick up items at car-boot sales too!
How do I wash my denim shirt/ bag?
Denim shirts can be machine washed at up to 40degrees (but it’s more environmentally friendly to wash at 30!) Visit our aftercare page for full details.
