Materials.
Recycling is the heart of the business. All of the materials for my denim collection are sustainably sourced, second hand garments and fabrics. My production method aims to use all the beautiful remnants and scraps, minimising waste and sending a very small amount of workroom rubbish to landfill.
Every item made will have its own unique features which may differ very slightly from the images shown in the product listing, this is part of the recycling process.
The Harris Tweed Hoodies and bags are made from genuine 100% British wool Harris Tweed, and carry an authentication ‘orb’ on every product.
The packaging for your order is second hand/ recycled wherever possible, and if bought new is made from recycled materials, is recyclable and produced in the UK.
Orders & Returns.
I head to the post office on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Some of my designs are made to order. If this is the case it will be stated in the listing along with the average wait time. If you need an item more quickly, please get in touch and I will always do my best.
I hope that you will be over the moon with your order, but if not, please contact me to discuss options for exchange/ credit note/ returns.
Unfortunately I cannot offer exchanges or refunds on sale or design sample items or on bespoke orders.
Customs
Please note that higher value orders being shipped outside of the UK may incur customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.
The rates vary depending on country and order value. We advise checking the rules for the destination country prior to ordering. Any fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Christmas orders and delivery dates
All in-stock items such as bags and accessories will be posted 2-3 days after ordering.
UK Bespoke hoody, jumper and shirt orders must be made before 8th November.
International Bespoke hoody, jumper and shirt orders must be made before 1st November.
Our stock colours of Harris Tweed hoody can be ordered until 8th December.
Our bespoke and stock hoody delivery date aim is by 19th December, with Christmas delivery guarenteed.
