Wreath Making Workshop
Join us for our hugely popular, annual wreath workshops at Puddle Farm!
Create a beautiful wreath with fresh seasonal foliage, learning the traditional craft of wreath making.
Using Rainbow Willow coppiced right here on the farm, you will learn the simple techniques to create a woven wreath base.
Choose from a beautiful selection of locally-gathered fresh and dried foliage to decorate your wreath. A true celebration of the season, letting your creativity flow!
A gorgeous selection of ribbons will be availble to add the finishing touch.
Rosie and Mel will be on hand throughout to demonstrate the techniques and provide any assistance. A festive ambience and warm welcome await you!
By the end of the 2 hour session you will have created a natural, festive wreath to take home and adorn your door. The willow base can be used again and again for seasonal wreaths.
Includes a glass of mulled wine and mince pies of course!
4 sessions to choose from:
Sunday 1st December, 10am- 12noon or 1-3pm
Sunday 8th December, 10am-12noon or 1-3pm.

What to bring with you;
Gloves. We will be working with fresh green foliage and some prickly ones too!
Seccateurs or big scissors, if you have them (we have lots of pairs if you need to borrow some)
Wrap up warm. The poly tunnel is dry and snug but can get chilly in very cold weather.
All materials, tuition and refreshments will be provided. (Do let us know any dietary requirements)
The 2 hour workshops will take place in the poly tunnel at Puddle Farm, Lanlivery, Cornwall.

Parking will be through the top gate of the farm, with additional parking available in the Red Moor School car park along the lane.
About your hosts:
Melanie is the owner of beautiful Puddle Farm - a smallholding in the heart of Mid Cornwall. Here they keep rare breed sheep, pigs and chickens and have a wonderful organic kitchen garden teaching the ‘no-dig’ method of food production.
Rosie’s main occupation is as a designer-maker of bags and garments, made sustainably using repurposed fabrics. Alongside her business Jeanie&Me, she is a knowledgeable crafter and avid naturalist with a special flair for floral decorations and wreath making.
Small and friendly sessions- Maximum 8 participants per session.
